The MyTP ordering process captures every nuance in your school’s academic calendar, timetable cycle and period structure, as well as each individual’s timetable for subjects, supervision, co-curricular activities and recurrent meetings.

  1. Enter Academic Calendar
    Set school days per week, length of timetable cycle and any variations during academic year
  2. Enter Significant Dates
    Set start and end dates for each term and semester, as well as student free dates
  3. Enter Timetable Structure
    Set period configurations and the day numbers in timetable cycle on which they apply, as well as any dates on which period configuration exceptions apply
  4. Enter Break & Period Times
    Set period identifiers for each period, plus set the start and end times of each period and break
  5. Enter Teaching Timetable
    Allocate subjects and room numbers to the appropriate period time slots, and allocate supervision duties, co-curricular activities and recurrent meetings to the appropriate period and break time slots
  6. Order MyTP Planner
    Set display options for the MyTP planner and submit your order. Pay safely and securely via PayPal

Once ordered, the MyTP package is emailed to you, ready to use.
